Atmos氣體池系列有四個尺寸：
Atmos氣體池2.5米、5米、10米、20米。Tornado™ 系列氣體池使用特殊的底板配置系統，可將能量和光束耦合達到**方式。選用主體材料為金屬材質腔體，內壁鍍層，可針對多種氣體和蒸汽提供優越的耐腐蝕性。標準配置有V型密封圈以及可選K型全氟橡膠密封確保在長時間化學腐蝕以及氣體的冷凝后的強腐蝕性條件下依舊保持良好的密封。
金鏡材質拋棄了原有的鋁材質，選用更加不易變形的不銹鋼材質，在針對化學腐蝕、穩定性、以及冷熱影響方面、更加穩定、數據結果更加真實可靠。
Atmos氣體池的反射次數比原有的型號減小，使得光通量更高。2.5米池的光通量可達到40%。
無鏡架設計使得，內部不在會有更多被腐蝕的因素存在。
可選擇ZnSe或CaF2窗片材料，透射光學腔體安裝有清潔端口允許在惰性氣體條件下使用。
